Emotional Regulation - The Key to Optimal Wellness (1.5 CEUs)
The stress-disease connection has been noted in history for centuries, yet our modern educational and medical systems are limited in it’s application. In this training, you will begin to learn the science of the mind-body connection, negative impacts of unmanaged stress on our bodies, and how effective management of emotions can improve physical and mental health. Learn practical coping skills and tools for immediate application with self and clients.
Gentle Flow & Restorative Yoga
An hour long class mixing Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga for ultimate balance and deep relaxation. You'll use dynamic movements, breathwork techniques, and calming stretches to balance the nervous system and absorb the benefits of your practice at the end of class through meditation. Beginner-friendly and accessible to all levels.

Take a break for a mini reset on your mat with a 30-minute yoga practice designed to help you come back into your body and give you the energy and motivation to finish your day strong. Beginner-friendly and accessible to all levels.

Embodied Healing: Somatic Approaches for Trauma-Informed Care (1.5 CEUs)
This 1.5-hour interactive training offers licensed therapists a practical and trauma-informed framework for integrating somatic therapy into their clinical work with clients. Participants will explore how trauma is stored in the body and how healing must also occur through the body—not just the mind. Together, we will build a compassionate and developmentally sensitive “Somatic Toolbox” that supports regulation, safety, and resilience across diverse clinical populations.

The Modern Supervisor: Humanizing the Supervisory Practice (1.5 Supervision CEUs)
Our ongoing societal traumas, injustices, inequities, and challenges for the past several years have created a climate where the supervisor and supervisee are often having similar experiences. As is true in the therapist-client relationship, therapeutic alliance is the foundation for safety, change, growth, and healing. Disclosure and connection support the supervisee’s needs of learning from a more experienced social worker, while validating their experiences along the way. We will learn the necessity for integrating relational practices into the professional supervisory relationship.
