Restorative Yoga
$20
Tuesdays, 6-7 pm at Carve Your Own Path
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice focused on bringing the body into a state of relaxation and healing. By holding supported poses for longer periods, you allow your muscles to release tension and your mind to become calm. This deep relaxation helps reduce stress, improve circulation, and soothe the nervous system, promoting balance and overall well-being. On a spiritual level, restorative yoga provides space for introspection, self-compassion, and connection with your inner self. Ultimately, this practice supports harmony of the mind, body, and spirit.

Sound Bath
$30
Sunday, April 6th, 1-2 pm at Carve Your Own Path
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in the soothing vibrations of sound. Using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the sound bath creates a symphony of frequencies that promote relaxation and healing. As you lie comfortably on your mat, the harmonic sounds will envelop you, guiding your mind into a meditative state and your body into deep relaxation.
Benefits of a sound bath include:
Lowering stress and anxiety levels.
Enhancing mental clarity and focus.
Supporting physical and emotional healing.
Encouraging a sense of harmony and balance.
Lisa’s sound baths are thoughtfully crafted to create a nurturing and tranquil atmosphere. Her intuitive approach ensures that each participant feels supported and deeply relaxed.
What to Expect:
A Warm Welcome: Arrive a 10-15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session. The room will be cozy, dimly lit, and filled with a calming ambiance.
Gentle Yoga: Under Lisa’s guidance, you’ll ease into restorative yoga poses, supported by props to ensure comfort and relaxation.
Immersive Sound Bath: As you rest in the final yoga poses or simply lie down comfortably, Lisa will begin the sound bath, enveloping you in a serene soundscape.

An individual sound healing session is a deeply restorative experience designed to address your unique healing needs—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Each session begins with an energy assessment testing your Chakras. From there, a personalized blend of sound healing techniques unfolds, utilizing crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments placed on and around your body to promote balance and alignment.
This experience is like a vibrational massage at the cellular level, gently easing tension, reducing stress, and supporting energy alignment. Whether you seek pain relief, emotional balance, or clarity, each session offers a space for deep relaxation, relief, and balance.
